Membership Terms and Conditions

At PlanetWendi.com, we want you to realize all you can be, and help you achieve wonderful outcomes. But it has been said that with great power comes great responsibility. In return for our best efforts, this is what we ask from you:

Membership Enrollment/Cancellation

Members of  PlanetWendi.com are billed  month to month. You may cancel at anytime. Dues are not prorated on cancellation. So, if you cancel after a payment has been made, your membership will continue until the end of your last paid month.

Enrollment fee is not refundable. If you choose to cancel and rejoin at a later date, you will be required to pay the enrollment fee again.

Your membership at PlanetWendi.com can be canceled at any time due to misuse of  member site,  specifically if user name access is shared or distributed. Your membership is for you (and you alone) to access the Wendi.com site and any unauthorized sharing will terminate your account, with NO REFUNDS.

Your membership at PlanetWendi.com may also be canceled for behavior that is abusive,  mistreats other members or any activity deemed inappropriate on the site, in  forum posts, chat rooms or emails.  Offensive or abusive posts on the forums will result in a warning being issued.  On the second occurrence your account may be terminated.

Your participation and purchase of this membership is your agreement that you hold Wendi.com, Inc, its officers, employees and staff completely harmless for any injury or adverse effects that  result from the use of the membership program.

NOTE: Always use good judgment and consult a healthcare practitioner before making any changes in your diet, exercise or medication dosages. Do not discontinue medication without the approval and knowledge of your healthcare practitioner.
